The next meeting of the Parish Council is due to take place on Wednesday 18th March 2026 and will commence at 7pm in the Hub, Huntingfield.

All parish council meetings are held in the Hub in Huntingfield unless otherwise advised. They usually take place on the third Wednesday of the month, every two months. The meetings start promptly at 7.00pm. The next meeting of the Parish Council is due to take place on Wednesday 18th March 2026 at The Hub in Huntingfield. 

The parish council encourages members of the public to attend and to voice any concerns or issues that they have regarding items on the agenda. At most parish council meetings, a time is set aside to allow the public to make comments. It's important to hear the views of the village.

Recording Meetings

Except where members of the public have been excluded due to the confidential nature of the business, any person may film, photograph, audio record or use social media to report on meetings of the Council, including any public comment and/or questions. Would any person intending to report please give notice before the start of the meeting to the Clerk or Chairman of the Council to enable reasonable facilities to be afforded.
