Under the Localism Act of 2012, Parish Councils are required to publish a list of all expenditure greater than £100.

However, Heveningham Parish Council, in the interests of openess and transparancy, publishes a list of all payments approved and made. Additionally a statement of accounts which is discussed at every meeting is also published which shows budgets and the spend against the budget.
